This Win32lib link will download an edition of Win32lib that I expect will work for both Eu3 and Eu4. This is the official set of files that I'm supporting. Any other copies out there are not being supported by myself.
The file downloaded by that link is at version 0.70.20, dated Nov/13/2010

Note to self: read the documentation BEFORE asking silly questions.

Any 'gotchas' in installing, i.e., in a win32lib directory inside the Euphoria-4.0 directory, environment variables, etc. ... ?
