OK...getting very meta here now...I deleted the posts. The thread was basically off topic trolling.

True, but now you have a reliable test scenario for those error 500's. I'd like to know what is the cause.

Sorry, but I'm not a native English speaker. Could someone explain what does the above mean?

See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meta-discussion#Characteristics
Some might say it's an abbreviation of "metaphorical", but since we are discussing the original article and not the article's content, we aren't speaking metaphorically.

The word 'meta' means a few different things, depending on its context. Here, Matt is probably meaning that he is talking about topic's discussion rather than talking about the topic itself.

Thanks useless and Derek, and my apologies for «trolling» again. May be off topic but this kind of issues always help me to know who I am dealing with.
I thought I could help here but I consider I should not stay here any longer. I do not like censorship from anyone, at least like the one here.
I hope my suggestion about VPS hosting at Burst.net had been useful.
My last contribution (BTW, it could be a Guiness record!):
Bye

Seriously, if you want to know who we are dealing with, re the original post, look her up on irc and chat a while. Or a few years, as some of us have.
Yea, Derek, can you fix those 2039 errors, pronto?
PS: designerthinking.com passed with zero errors. Maybe i'll fix the rest of the pages, maybe not!

:D LOL! I think you might be right. The web crew here needs to wake up! :)

I don't see why anyone would say that. It's a well defined prefix. Oxford defines it as (amongst other things) "denoting something of a higher or second-order kind". Example: "metalanguage".
Its roots are Greek ("meta"), whereas "metaphorical" comes from the French (from Latin, from Greek "metapherein").

Please note i did not say Matt meant "metaphorical", but i insist it's true i have met some humans who have said that.

When trying to look at a deleted post (or any invalid URL that looks like a forum post), the forum code does not detect the situation and handle it gracefully. This is relatively easily fixed (I just started working on this, in fact).
The other issue is with the current host and its resource limitations. These are not easily fixed, except by going to a different host. We're working on setting one up right now, and it looks a lot better. And yes, it is a VPS. Hopefully we'll be able to move there very soon.
Matt
