1. problem building 3290

Can not find any button on Ticket SubSystem screen. Explaining: Where to submit a ticket. How to submit a ticket. Or a link to a screen to perform that action.
When I try to build 3290 for windows I got the following error :

After you click on the "tickets" tab, there should be a "New Ticket" link under "Quick Links" on the right side of the page.

What version of the interpreter are you using to translate? Try:

I had my path messed up so I was using an old
version of eui.exe . Everything is ok now.
