1. euforum colors

Hello all.

I while back I complained that EUforum did not change colors.

Mainly turn to black after read.

Nobody seemed to care except Al Getz, who said it happened to him but he changed
OSs or something therefore he didn't really care.

Suddenly, Now, It's back working as before. (Turns black after reading message.)

Has anyone else had this phenomenon occur or is is it just me?

It's a browser function. If you delete your browser history every time, you
won't get the color change. Most browsers also have a way to manipulate the
color displayed for followed links, unless the site defined them in a CSS. I
think Firefox even allows you do disregard the CSS coloring if you choose,
but that may require an edit to about:config. It's been a while since I
looked at that, so I could be mistaken.

3. euforum colors

Hello anyone.

Before after reading a message on euforum the subject line changed to black.

Now when I restart my computer all message subject lines turn red again.

I don't know what I have read.

I think I changed something in internet tools but I don't remember what.

Any help appreciated.

If you read a message now, does it change colour? If not, you've messed up the
visited links colour, see:

http://www.microsoft.com/enable/training/windowsxp/linkcolors.aspx

Otherwise it sounds like you have messed up IE history. On Internet Options,
check through settings to make sure you have not set the number of days to keep
history to 0. You should also find a delete history button. If you did that and
confirmed, it would cause the problem you describe. If you didn't, you may need
to do that to sort out a damaged history file, as last resort.

Pete

Erm, you are only interested in the visited/unvisited colours (top right). You
should not need to change anything on "accessibility", or change the "use windows
colours" option, not for openeuphoria.org anyway.

Well, same thing happened to me and i didnt change anything.
Everything turned red so visited links were not apparent anymore.
Now visited links work again however in that they turn black as
expected again, however older visited links still show in red.

Not on other sites however, just this one.

Take care,
Al

Hello Al.

I originally said I changed something in IE. I thought I must have. I don't
really remember doing that. I may not have. I'll try another site and see what
  happens.
