I have deleted the links for the pdf!

The pdf files that are on other sites may also have copies of a virus. Do not use them either.

A new download site will be determined later.

Sorry about that. Can you suggest another site for temporary hosting of documentation files? I tend to crash my internet connection before I can upload to RDS.

I've posted the text file at my site. If you use the direct link below, you can get the file without creating an account (also wget'able). I have to change an ini file and restart the service before I can post the PDF since the server right now has a 2MB upload limit. http://hickoryservices.com/sites/default/upload/dox3095txt.txt

I have set up an upload area at http://demonology.redirectme.net/files/ and have set up a rudimentary upload page (powered by Euphoria!) at http://demonology.redirectme.net/upload/upload.html

What is the best way to send you the authentication credentials? (The upload script is access protected.)
