1. Terrible first impression for the forum software

Signed up yesterday. Tried logging in, couldn't remember my user code.
Tried the email address method, it didn't work.
Tried to change the password using the email address. One problem, the security question did not display, so it was impossible to reset my password.
Fortunately, it did display my user code, so I was able to use my password (which I had remembered correctly) to login.
Overall, I give the user experience a 1 on a 7 point scale.

True, I did read about that. That would have been worse. And I just realized that as far as first impressions, mine was a terrible first post. I apologize, no piling on was required.

And yet for young software, with development time of about 2 weeks (and little tweaks here and there afterwards).......
(error 500 saga was caused by server overload from other users - thats why it moved here)
