Hello out there in forum land,
What are the correct Enviromental Veriables for Ver 4?
Under XP I have 2 sections.
[1]User variables for Adiministrator. [2]System variables.
So this is a 2 part question.
What variables should go in each section?

I would say: none! Use an eu.cfg file.
Under XP I have 2 sections.
[1]User variables for Adiministrator. [2]System variables.

What variables should go in each section?
The User variables are only visible to that particular user. The System variables are visible to all users. Since you're running as Administrator, you're probably the only user, so it probably doesn't really matter.

VARIABLES is spelled with an "A", Don. They vary in content, and they're not "very" able. 
Back on topic... AFAIK you do not need environment variables for Eu 4.0. There is a configuration file you can use instead.

I can't find eu.cfg anywhere on my computer.
Would these Variables be, PATH, EUDIR, and EUINC?

It's not installed by default as it would change depending on your install. Just create it in the same directory as the .exe and add something like: -i C:\Euphoria\Include to the file. It simply appends those items onto the command line. You can also put a eu.cfg in the current for settings local to an individual project.
