1. 500 and other errors going on right now

Guys,

I'm sorry about the errors going on right now but the server is going nuts... 

$ uptime 
 20:18:56 up 11 days, 20:36,  1 user,  load average: 120.20, 75.93, 47.35

MySQL is failing to even connect in many situations, other situations our process get's killed by a watch dog after 15 seconds of waiting on a simple query that normally completes in 0.0x type of time frame.

We have to ride this out. Sorry.
