1. Removing "never-mind" Tickets?

Is there a way to remove one's own Ticket request which one now thinks, "never mind", and/or has re-stated it in an new ticket in a better or clearer manner?

You can just add a comment to #37 and set its state to "Deleted" and its Status to "Invalid". That should do it.

You can just add a comment to #37 and set its state to "Deleted" and its Status to "Invalid". That should do it.
Once submitted, only devs can change it's status. Should users be able to? It's a simple matter of changing permissions.

I assumed that the submitter could update the status and state. After all, they own it because they created it.
