I've noticed in the docs that a lot of places still refer to "exw" and "exu" instead of "eui".
I just wanted to point it out, not volunteering to change it.
I've only just now downloaded 4.0b1 and I still have to get used to typing "eui" instead of "exw" or "ex".

Can you let me know a few places? I just did a grep for exw and can't find any instance of exw, except in file extensions, where it's still valid. (means euphoria windowed, i.e. GUI app on Windows, Linux, OS X, not MS Windows).

I know that news.ex is changing but it's right there in the doc comments on lines 9, 11, 14, and in the usage string on line 43.
I happened to notice it the other day, too just reading through the online docs. I didn't note where, though.
Actually, if I do a "find" in the demo directory (using Windows right now, don't have grep), I see lots of instances of "exw". Demo.doc, news.ex, sanity.ex, bench\sieve8k.exw, win32\dsearch.exw,
So maybe not the main documentation, but some of the ancillary docs. Okay, looks like just maybe demo.doc and a few of the demos in that directory.
Sorry 'bout that.

No problem! I didn't think to look there. We will get it wrapped up before 4.0b2 (which should be tomorrow bar any major disaster being discovered).

This is now taken care of in SVN and will be out in 4.0b2.
