there seems to be a huge space under the openeuphoria banner, while the buttons are in the banner. this should fix the problem. in style.css:

another problem with margins I think is a design decision but should be fixed, a half inch space on the left a quarter inch space between the columns could stand to be a little less.

text-align:left; should be the rule. justify with out the ability to hyphenate words doesn't look that great.
