1. User profile editing

Hello,
You can now edit your own user profile, add a Name and Location, change your email, set a few preferences and change your own password. There is a setting for default forum view, however, the message list is not yet functional, so that setting has not effect (yet).
Name and Location are optional. If entered, it will be displayed to other authenticated users. Non-authenticated users cannot view any part of your profile, i.e. spammers, web bots, etc...
You can now choose to display your email address to other authenticated users. This is an option that you have to opt-into, i.e. by default this option is off.
