With the way the star works right now, no. It works off of the CSS style, a:visited. Once it is triggered with the database again, yes.

If you use firefox, there is an add-on that will mark all links as visited from a menu entry. View>Mark Links Un/Visited>Mark All Links as Visited. This works great with the forum right now, until we get them triggered by the database again. You can download it at: http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7941
