DOS32 has been removed from core in 4.0. It has been branched into it's own branch. We are hoping that someone will step up to maintain the DOS branch of Euphoria 4.0. You can view the DOS branch on our SVN server, http://rapideuphoria.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/rapideuphoria/dos/trunk .
The problem is that we are a small developer team and DOS has slowed progress on quite a few occassions. Some of the core developers do not even have the ability to test DOS applications due to it not being part of normal windows since Vista on, yet, are made to decide about DOS systems when coding in the backend, front end and many times in the standard library.
It was decided that we should focus on the requirements of the majority. There are some DOS users but of those, many are still using Euphoria 2.5. The vast, vast majority of Euphoria users are non-DOS and with 4.0, as word is spread through many avenues the percentage of DOS users will only decrease, never increase. Almost all languages have dropped DOS support a long time ago, including ever Microsoft language. Many have even dropped Windows 98 support.
We do hope that someone with a serious interest in DOS will step up, join the developer team and maintain the DOS port, but it will become a port in 4.0, not core.

It has been moved to a branch from the trunk. It's all still there, though it's been removed from the Core part of euphoria. We have a small development team, without enough resources to support DOS. Maintaining DOS support has become more problematic as time has gone on, and we felt it would be best if we moved DOS to its own code branch.
Anyone interested in maintaining euphoria for DOS should let us know, so we can grant them access to the code.
