1. SVN2386 DOS error

When I try running ex or exd program I get the following error:

Using win98 clicking on program ex opening with euid.exe

Fatal run-time error: 
locale.e requires Windows, Linux, FreeBSD or OS X 
------------------------------------------------------

PS: Is anyone working on the call_back for DOS ?

The error message is a bit incorrect as we shouldn't be listing all those platforms. What about NetBSD, OpenBSD, SunOS? Euphoria runs on all those now also and locale works there.
