I've put up a windows and linux version for wxEuphoria v0.13. This should be considered alpha.

The binaries are compatible with both euphoria v3.1 and with 4.0. I've been using the latest version from svn, which you can get from Jeremy. wxEuphoria only uses the v3.1 standard library.
