1. Integrating Euphoria into other IDEs?

Has anyone integrated Euphoria - both DOS and Windows, preferably - with the Visual Studio 2008 Integrated Shell (I have this as a result of acquiring the free Ruby In Steel Personal Edition)?
Alternatively, can anyone point me at good IDEs for Euphoria, both for Windows and DOS, and preferably allowing me to use the Windows IDE to develop DOS programs?
(I'm coming back to Euphoria after a long absence, and having to relearn it. I'd prefer to avoid adding learning Yet Another IDE to the efforts, thus the request for Visual Studio integration.)

Judith Evans IDE is the most commonly used here - by far AFAIK
