1. @ in Japanese font names

Since I asked about this a while ago... The @, for example, in "@MS Gothic", as a font, rotates all 16 bit Japanese characters 90 degrees counter-clockwise. 16 bit Latin chars also rotated... Doesn't rotate half-width ( 8 bit ) katakana. 8 bit chars, i.e., Latin, also keep normal vertical orientation.
