Tom, you cannot upload to the wiki right now. openeuphoria.org runs on a severely limited server and I've had to clean things up more than once not to bust our server space. You can use one of many 3rd party image hosts though, and link to it that way.
I have not used any, but I know they exist. Sorry I could not be of more help.

I tacked on a "EuGuide Documenting Euphoria" onto "EuGuide Regex" in the Wiki to see how things work. I randomly clicked on www.imagehost.org and tried it out.
Take a look and comment on if I should expand this into a full article.
A strategy for adding images to the official documents should be considered
