1. Version 4 CHM Help File - Bug Report

This was filed on the SF.net bug tracker by somexist: 

eu4u_chm.zip includes some files and they needs a little modification i 
think. 
eu4u_chm.zip extracted to the C:\Euphoria\help

readCHM.txt:  
api.$(file.patterns.euphoria)=$(SciteDefaultHome)/euphoria.api 
but the file is: C:\Euphoria\help\docs\SciTe\euphoria4.api 
possible correction: euphoria.api in readCHM.txt must change to 
euphoria4.api

scintilla_for_euphoria's MakeBind.bat looking for LIBRARY.DOC but it is not 
exist like refman.htm. 
and MakeBind.bat trying the copy Eu.api but it is not exist. Probably it is 
from Euphoria v3 and needs to change. But if it is not related to Euphoria 
v4 it has to be deleted from eu4u_chm.zip's readCHM.txt.
