1. Wheel Move not being detected
I am trying to use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out of a graphic.
However, it does not detect it in the graphics window. I know that my wheel move
works, since I have an up down control, and when I give that focus, the mouse
wheel scrolls that up and down automatically.

..if you mean a bitmap, in Windows, try adding the SS_NOTIFY attribute.
