Doing a clean removes rev.e
How are you suppose to get past not having a rev.e ?
There is no documentation that explains how to use configure
Adding things to makefile.wat without documentation or explanation
makes it very difficult without warning the users with some explanation.

This is a problem. Rev.e should be removed with a distclean but not a normal clean.

I was doing a distclean in my batch file.
SVN1348 builds ok.
I can't seem to recover after running the distclean.
when building SVN1349 so something is wrong with it.
