Hello,
I just downloaded and unzipped eu4.0a2 and I'm at a lossw as to what to do next.
When I click on the text files I cannot read them.
When I click on index.htm it says page not found although google and all other internet files work.
As to the .txt files I can read them but it is very difficult with lots of @@ and such in there.
