1. ascii.exe crash

Dear EU users,
The ASCII.EX program translated/compiled using OW crashes with
CW.ERR message. My ec.exe is r1261, platform - XP SP3, OW - 1.7a,
program crashes with both CW 3.45 and 3.60.
