I know I posted two topics, but I was wondering if there was ever going to be a game programming test for Euphoria. An idea I had was that you have to use Euphoria, but you can use either Pure Euphoria dos based, or used a library like win32lib or wxEuphoria. The game could be any genre, it just had to have a story and a goal. Anyone else have any suggestions or questions?

I do have a new contest planned and it does involve writing a game ... is that what you meant? I haven't done anything with it because I got zero expressions of interest the last time I mentioned this. -- Derek Parnell Melbourne, Australia Skype name: derek.j.parnell

I think a game programming contest would be quite fun. I would sugest that the contest have a theme of some sort, a deadline is decided upon, a maximum size set for the program and its data files. people could then vote on the entries and the winner decided by highest average rating. a quick small sized project would be ideal, a see who can do the most with the least kind of thing. -LiquidNitrogen
