It is a problem with the forum software not the server. There was an early bug in datetime.e that was used to compile the forum software. It listed the month abbreviations as Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec... or something to that effect. Thus, the all the date conversions are not working correctly. Since that time, there has been another issue in the forum software which has caused it to not be able to be compiled with newer 4.0 versions. I have not tried in quite a few revisions but I know this is a serious issue with the forum and apologize.
