Is Brent Hugh around, or has anyone used his "Windows MIDI Routines"?

I'm trying to see if it might be useful to me, but all its demos fail for me:

midi.ew:546

Dword has not been declared dwSupport = allot( Dword),

Ok, I guess real programmers would have known it should have been DWord, sigh; but I did (eventually) figure it out before anyone had to point it out to me.
