Running that version of ECW against the BOUNE.EXW code that I've posted elsewhere gives the following:

The binaries need to be in %EUDIR%\bin thus, you can change your EUDIR= to your local trunk directory and try again.

Thanks for the tip. As it was, I had saved the old versions in c:\euphoria\bin\old and so was able to get back to a functional system quickly.

Good. I keep two seperate EUDIRs. One is the 3.1. The other is for the 4.0 . If you try to translate with the 4.0 binaries you will also need to link it against its corresponding
- .lib file and the euphoria.h file. If you use the 3.1 euphoria.h file it will not work. Which means you'll have to obtain euphoria.h from the 4.0 sources to do any translating and recreate the structure in some new directory. With its own include directory populated with 4.0 files: All except the source directory.
