1. New EuGTK alpha

Has been posted to my personal website:
Not everything is implemented/tested yet, but the demos on that page all run - fast, too.
This works only with 4.0, SVN 9xx. For comparison, the old EuGtk was +20k lines of code, this is about 6k lines.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to install Euphoria 4.0. How can I install 4.0? I have a project or two based on an old version of EuGtk that maybe I can update.

There isn't an easy way yet. If you want something easy, then you should wait until the alpha is released. Otherwise, you'll need to get a copy from svn and probably a recent binary from Jeremy's site: http://jeremy.cowgar.com/eubins

C.K. has some instructions here:
or, I think you can also download the files from http://rapideuphoria.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/rapideuphoria/trunk.tar.gz - this appears to be everything but the binaries.
then, get the latest binaries from http://jeremy.cowgar.com/eubins/
I put mine in /home/irv/eu40, and changed the path & euinc environment to point to those.

I've added the package to https://sourceforge.net/projects/eugtk/, but Irv's site is much nicer.

The EuGTK link appears to be dead.
Anyone else have trouble connecting?
