1. from pdf or mdb to ??
I'm looking at this mouth-watering file from the USDA.
It comes in two forms: flav.pdf and flav.mdb.
The problem is that it is not in a form that I can use.
Is there a way to extract those tables into an easier to use form.

If you can open the .mdb file (which is an access database, right?)
you can use the Access export functions to export each table into a
.csv file - that you can use.
