I see "How to compile ver 4 from scratch". Supposen' I don't want to do all that. Can I just download it somewheres. Like I did ver. 3?

The source (includes, etc) can be gotten from the SVN, but it looks like its down...
Looks like there is also an older version of the complete release at that eubins url.
