1. Building dos bin on ext2fs.

I must have misread the question about building bins on ext2fs earlier.
The DOS interpreter cannot be built on ext2 fs. I even tried setting EX=exwc to build with the Windows interpreter. This is a problem that shouldn't affect too many people. I suggest you do nothing about it, as getting the documentation fixed up is much more important.
