1. Manual Navigation Pane

I have just updated the docs to include a more detailed navigation pane. I like the information but the interface is confusing, links change place because of chapter title size differences, etc... There is a lot wrong with it.

Can anyone come up with a nice navigation pane for the manual? Please visit:

Table of contents link should always be visible - if you get lost, somewhere to start over.
