Just wondering what happened to the framed / table version of the manual - index on the left, and item on the right?

Many people complaining to me about frames. Then people complained because frames are being deprecated in the newest HTML standards. If it's being removed (which it is, I double checked) then we should probably never start using it thus we do not have to cease using it in the future).
