Sensible data is: financial data, religion, mac address.
The IP address, real name or email adresses are not considered as sensible data but may be subject to acceptation as Chris wrote. As far as they are sold and not easily accessible (they should be stored in a safe way), there is no problem.
I had a course about the GDPR last week as I work for a telecom operator (but I forgot many details).
