Euphoria has a PKGBUILD file for it's package system. This is available to all and can be used with the distributions package manager (pacman) automatically. The PKGBUILD file is placed in the User Repository and then members vote YES (or don't vote) to include the package in core. Once it hits X number of votes (and someone wants to move it) it will move into core.
