OpenEuphoria.org Ticket #2: Separate tickets in to categories

Given that a ticket is a request for action, it would be useful if we could categorize tickets in to "bugs", "enhancements", "support", and maybe others too.

I propose that a new field be allocated to tickets that enable the submitter/editor to select a category for a ticket. This would also mean that "Feature Request" be removed from "Severity" as it is not really a severity level.
