Euphoria Ticket #618: include info.e should be include euphoria/info.e

Section 8.50 of the Euphoria on-line manual has several routines which are headed with the requirement 

include info.e

These should be 

include euphoria/info.e

thanks. I did fix this in eudoc, shortly after the eu4.0 release but forgot to enter a bug report or update the tools release note. this should be resolved by the next release of eudoc and upload of documents.
