OpenEuphoria.org Ticket #370: Theme the new Mercurial SCM Browser

It seems to be a straight forward process. An existing theme can be duplicated. A Head/Foot change would probably do 90% of it.

It should also be linked from the main page somewhere, somehow. Maybe a "Development" tab?

I wonder about how wide the tabs are getting. Do you think we can add another tab? Some have complained that it's too wide already getlost
