When a user starts editing a wiki page the page should go into a temporary lock mode. No other user should be allowed to edit this wiki page for a period of five minutes. If five minutes exceeds, the lock will expire. If the user saves the page within the five minutes then the lock is released.
So, whichever is shorter, 5 minute lock or until the requested user editing saves.
