utf8 includes routines for Unicode and UTF-8 encoding, cp437 and cp1252 mapping to Unicode, constants of binary representation, and demo programs. Especially useful for Linux terminal (but not only). Includes standard user manual. Dec 23: Minor bug fix in unicode().
