I just wrote something like this so I could easily add new topics and
keep the 'uniform look and feel' to my website (source files included in
zip). I'll upload a nice packaged and readmed zip to my website in a
while, but I thought I'd give all the people on the list a
hot-off-the-keyboard version. Have fun trying to get it to work
(absolutely NO error-checking is done at the moment as it was only
designed for my site and use by me, so you may find yourself pulling
your hair out because you've typed <A href=... instead of <a href="...),

Robert: Could you move things that are up updated to the top of the
Recent User Contributions list, so that I only need to scroll down to
the date I last checked, rather than having to search through the rest
of the stuff looking for a little yellow "Updated!" thingy?
