Creole Ticket #759: Unable to insert a literal "|" in a table.

The following creole code should format as a two-column table ...

|=column1   |=column2                         | 
|           | <eucode>puts(1, "~|" )</eucode> | 

When creole is fixed the table below should be formatted correctly.

column1 column2

puts(1, "|" )
