ArchLinux package

ArchLinux is a pretty big (use base) distribution. IRC channel has ~1000 people. I use ArchLinux on my desktop most of the time, more progressive than Debian.
Create a package for it and make sure it makes it's way into the AUR. Arch User Repository. From there, packages are voted on and once a package hits so many votes, it will move to be included in the DVD/CD iso files and in core package system.

Added first revision of the PKGBUILD file.

This is working. Once 4.0 final is released, just update version number and upload to AUR.
