Euphoria Ticket #400: lines doesn't behave well when executed outside main scripts directory

For example: 

$ bin/lines.ex source/ec.ex

Missing files, mode.e, traninit.e, etc...

Now works. Also made the filename output be the abbreviated filename instead of canonical, thus reducing the output clutter.
