Euphoria Ticket #248: Search paths for euphoria.h

This ticket created based on ticket:223:

We should probably use the include paths to look for a euphoria.h in addition to the "normal" places. Or perhaps instead of. There's also the -eudir option.

Searches many common install paths on both Windows and *nix systems. Also searching Euphoria include directories.
