Win32Lib Error

I have noticed that sometimes when running programs that use win32lib
I get and Win32Lib Error that says:

        SetScrollPos in setScrollPos failed.

I know that it happens EVERY TIME I click to scroll the horizontal
scroll bar on the right in EX15.

I also have this happen with exw's created with Vw32lib4, which by
the way is a nifty program, and I am looking forward to seeing the
completed program.

BTW Stephen Spencer to encourage more developement on the Visual
Win32Lib I have donated an addition .25 on the Econo. on RDS's
Web Site.
