Hi Michael :) The only other way I know is to access a DOS interrupt using an assembler call. It's been a while since I've used assembler for anything, so I don't remember it. However, I do have my DOS INT FAQ lying around somewhere on my hard drive so I can look it up for you if you desire. Thanks David
