I ran the benchmark on a Pentium II 233, using Eu 2.0. There
were other programs running, but I don't think they have affected
the results. I ran the tests about 5 times.

After reading your post, I entered safe mode dos prompt (no
TSRs or anything) and ran it. Back in Windows, I closed all
programs and ran it both with ex.exe and exw.exe . Here are the
results (in seconds):
DOS Win (ex) Win (exw)
proc1 5.41 5.41 5.57
proc2 7.04 7.12 7.25
proc3 4.75 4.78 5.38
proc4 1.58 1.59 1.40
I really don't know what happened then. only if the Pentium II
has something the Pentium MMX doesn't...
