Win32Lib Update

I've just sent Robert an update to Win32Lib. New features:

- Control text matches window background - finally!
- Controls built dynamically.

There are a number of other improvements, but they are mainly internal
changes - handling of tab stops, cleaning up old code, etc.

Please let me know if you encounter any bugs. Remember, it's still only in
Alpha. smile
